Milkweed

My compost is a brewin' up a storm. The sound of it bubbling has such a calming effect on the soil. Should be ready to spray on Saturday.

Lacto-fermented rhubard rasin chutney with chopped almonds and flax seed, on sprouted grain toast. Don't forget the nutmeg kefir and apple! The most important meal of the day, is missing some kale.
