Yet another dilapidated building. Shelburne Farms is such a dump.

Spread contained: Pickled radish, fiddlehead, beet and lamb heart. Smoked Mussels (my favorite), chicken liver, and of course raw milk cheese. (Not all pictured).  There was also an Aqua Vitae Organic Kombucha dispensary. YUM!

Bottles on ground will be filled with water, frozen in winter, and stored in insulated cooler pictured. In theory, these thawing bottles will keep this structure functioning as a cooler till next winter.

HugelKultur beds, called Hugelbeets. Contain buried branches and logs that are slowly decomposing, supplying moisture retention and encourage beneficial fungi and bacteria.

Pig being raised entirely on pasture, or at least that is the plan (has babies, so supplemental grain is currently being given)
